Dhaka :

Bhaka is the capital city of Bangladesh and its the main city as well.Its located in the middle of the country. The evolution of the city can be divided into four periods. The pre-moghul stage Buddhists and Hindus till 13th century, Muslim perod till 1608, Muslim peroid of the Moghul Empire, the British rule and the Pakistani Periods.

As far as history goes Dhaka first settle in the 4th century. But Dhaka's initial periods of glory came with the moghuls who utilized its straregic position as a trading base. Dhaka became the capital of the region after Sonargaon fell fo the moghuls in 1611.
